From early beginnings as a rugby player to competing on the national and international CrossFit stage, Mitchell has lived and breathed high-performance sport. With over a decade of coaching experience, he’s worked with teams and individuals across multiple sports, bringing a straightforward, results-driven approach to training. His philosophy is simple: in-house programming that’s scientifically grounded and performance-focused, balanced with a holistic approach to mental and physical well-being. SAMANTHA ROZITIS
Samantha is a dynamic CrossFit coach and facilitator specialising in functional movement and optimising female health. Her expertise extends beyond CrossFit—she is also a highly regarded yoga teacher and teacher-trainer with over a decade of experience. As a competitor, mother, and entrepreneur, Samantha runs Beyond Yoga and Float Well, Wellington’s premier float therapy center, embodying balance and resilience in every aspect of her life.
